Doubt it *strongly* but have any of you read the w40K books? They're pretty damn good, mainly the ones by Dan Abnett and William King

Yesh. Very. But with Abnett, he throws some wit in there. King is good with his Space Wolf (Space Wolves are a Space Marine Chapter, one from the First Founding) books. But violence aside, they're very good, normally. A few are. . .lacking. . .but the series' are good, like Eisenhorn, Gaunt's Ghosts and The Space Wolf.

They're not. Well, sometimes they may get a bit boring, but they're still rather fun.

They might bore me because I know what they are based on and the game itself would be boring to me.

Not based off the game, just based in the same universe. Theres no way to base it off the game becasue the game has no plot line other then take turns, roll 54896527346597864935693246523697 5743089 sided dice, attack enemy. The books get into plot lines and deal with some weird stuff, but it's still pretty good.
